Joyce L. Marcus

Joyce wears the Company “Catalyst” Hat. She has spent over 20 years in this business and her creative experience and strategic thinking are qualities that have resulted in the development of successful plans that have grown into long-term client relationships.

She currently serves on the Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization’s Board of Directors as Immediate Past President. In Nov. 2004 she received The Deborah David Dewar Award from Y-ME for her outstanding contribution to the organization and community. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Visual and Performing Arts of Northern Illinois University.

Named one of the most Influential Women in Business by The Business Ledger and The National Association of Women Business Owners, Joyce has served as Director on both the First Colonial Bankshares Financial Services Board and Northwest (now USBank) Community Bank Board.

Joyce holds a BsED in Art Education and a Masters degree in Art History from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL and a Certified Business Communicator (CBC) degree from the Business Marketing Association.

Most summer weekends you’ll find her sailing the family boat on Lake Michigan.
